Charles Herman, a lifelong resident of Allentown before moving to DevonHouse last year, was honored with a cake and entertainment program at the senior living center when he turned 103 years old June 25. With him is his wife, Dorothy, 90, who is also a DevonHouse resident. Herman served as a Mason and a Shriner during all his adult years.
