Covenant United Methodist Church, 2715 Mountain View Drive (Route 946), will be holding story time in June and July.

Children ages 3-5 are invited 9:30 to 11 a.m. every Wednesday during those months.

Christ United Church of Christ, Little Moore, 913 S. Mink Road, Danielsville, is collecting housewares for a youth group mission trip to help rebuild from Hurricane Sandy.

The group is accepting new pillows, blankets, comforters, microwaves, coffee makers or gift cards to Walmart or Target.

Items will be accepted until July 26 at Latteman Corner store at the corner of Route 946 and 987 in Klecknersville or at the church.
