The United Veterans of Bethlehem PA and the City of Bethlehem will hold a ceremony for the honorable disposal of U.S. Flags at 7 p.m. on June 14. The flag day ceremony will be held at Eighth Avenue and Shoenersville Road across from the Wawa market. The flags that decorated the graves of veterans and other no longer serviceable flags will be destroyed. Any one having a flag that is no longer serviceable may bring it to the ceremony for proper disposal.
