Robbery
A 17-year-old male, a 16-year-old male and a 15-year-old male, no addresses given, are being held in an armed robbery in the 2100 block of Elbow Lane, Lower Macungie Township. The incident happened 4:30 p.m. May 29. The 17-year-old male allegedly struck an 18-year-old male in the face with the butt end of a firearm, fired a shot at the older male, stole a backpack and fled the scene in a vehicle. The other two juveniles allegedly were present at the time of the incident and are also being charged with conspiracy for the robbery and assault, according to police. A 23-year-old man and another teenager also were at the residence on Elbow Lane at the time and are listed as victims in the robbery. The two older juveniles are being held in Lehigh County Juvenile Detention. Charges are pending against the 15-year-old male.
Fatal accident
A pedestrian was struck and killed while traveling south in the 6600 block of Kings Highway South in Upper Milford Township at 11:25 a.m. May 25. The Lehigh County Coroner identified the pedestrian as Helen Kemmerer, 85, of Zionsville. The manner of death was ruled accidental and the cause was multiple blunt force injuries. The pedestrian was walking along the southbound lane in the area of 6670 of Kings Highway South as a 1997 Nissan Pathfinder SUV, driven by Christopher Murphy, 33, of Fountainville, approached the area of 6670 Kings Highway South. Murphy allegedly became distracted and was unable to stop his vehicle in time, subsequently impacting Kemmerer with the front end of his vehicle. Kemmerer was prounounced dead at the scene. Old Zionsville Fire Department, Lower Milford Fire Department, Upper Perkiomen EMS, Detwiler's Towing and the Lehigh County Coroner assisted at the scene.
Burglary
Reported at Indian Creek Golf Course, 1449 Chestnut St., Upper Milford Township, overnight May 25, unknown actors removed an air conditioning unit from a window and got into the pro shop at the club where they took $4,000 cash from the cash register and several snacks and drinks from the pro shop. The unknown actors then tried to take two golf carts but were unable to get the carts out of the gated area. Anyone with information may contact Pennsylvania State Police-Fogelsville at 610-395-1438.

Criminal mischief
Reported at Churchview Park, Kohler Road, Upper Milford Township, an unknown actor blew up a portable toilet around 2:30 a.m. May 25. Anyone with information is asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.
Theft from
motor vehicle
Reported in the 5700 block of Fresh Meadow Drive, Lower Macungie Township, approximately $5 in loose change was taken from an unlocked vehicle between 10 p.m. May 19 and 7:30 a.m. May 22. Anyone with information may contact Pennsylvania State Police-Fogelsville at 610-395-1438.
Reported in the 2300 block of North Pewter Drive, Lower Macungie Township, a Kenwood compact disc player valued at $200 was taken from an unlocked vehicle between 10 p.m. May 19 and 7:30 a.m. May 22. Anyone with information may contact Pennsylvania State Police-Fogelsville at 610-395-1438.
Reported by six people in the area of Fresh Meadow Drive, Lower Macungie Township, various items were taken from unlocked vehicles overnight May 21.

Reported in the 4900 block of Wendi Drive West, Upper Milford Township, an iPod player and loose change were taken from an unlocked vehicle between 2 and 7:45 a.m. May 24.
Harassment
Larry Beitler, 46, no address given, was cited for harassment after he allegedly struck a 42-year-old man in the face during an altercation in the 4600 block of Mill Road, Upper Milford Township, 2:44 a.m. May 23. The victim refused medical treatment.
Theft
Reported by a resident in the 5600 of Vera Cruz Road, Upper Milford Township, multiple items were taken from a shed and around a residence between May 23 and May 26.
Reported by a resident in the 6500 block of Carmel Drive, Lower Macungie Township, a maroon rocking chair was removed from the front porch between 11 p.m. May 25 and 6 a.m. May 26.
Reported by a resident along Geissinger Road, Upper Milford Township, a $900 Gucci watch was taken from a bedroom between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. May 22. Anyone with information is asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police-Fogelsville at 610-395-1438.
Retail theft
Michael Hakeem Thomas, 21, of Bangor, was arrested for retail theft of approximately $63 worth of items from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macumgie Township, 3:43 p.m. May 21.
DUI
Nicole A Moyer, 29, of Zionsville, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop at State Route 29 and Buckeye Road, Upper Milford Township, 4:22 a.m. May.
Ryan Michael Kiser, 25, of Emmaus, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after a one vehicle accident in the 7300 block of St. Peters Road in Upper Milford Township, 3:40 a.m. May 26. Kiser allegedly was traveling eastbound when his car left the road and hit rocks with his driver side tires. Charges will be filed District Court 31-2-03.
Underage Drinking
Gabrielle Alex Lent, 20, of Pennsburg, was cited for alleged underage consumption of alcohol after the car in which she was riding was stopped for a traffic violation at Chestnut Street at Kings Highway South, Upper Milford Township, 2:58 a.m. May 27. Aaron M. Yetter, 24, of Allentown, the driver of the vehicle was cited for a traffic violation.
Criminal tresspass
A resident in the 7000 block of Linden Road, Lower Macungie Township, reported a man entered his garage through a door which had been left open about 4 a.m. May 30. The man fled when confronted by the resident. The incident is under investigation.
