Guns, chainsaw
stolen from barn
State Police Troop M Bethlehem say Wade Christian Weierbach, 2515 Woodbine St., North Whitehall Township, reported several chainsaws, two guns, a men's wedding band and an instant hot water heater were stolen after forced entry was made to his barn sometime between 5 p.m. April 27 and 3 p.m. the next day.
This incident remains under investigation, police say.
Cell phone stolen

A 16-year-old Whitehall student reported his cell phone was stolen sometime between 8:30-10:30 a.m. April 24 from his unlocked woodshop locker at Lehigh Career Technical Institute, 4500 Education Park Drive, North Whitehall Township, State Police Troop M Bethlehem say.
Juvenile charged
with simple assault
State Police Troop M Bethlehem say a 15-year-old Philadelphia girl struck another 15-year-old girl in the head 8 a.m. April 24 at KidsPeace, 5300 KidsPeace Drive, North Whitehall Township.
Police say the juvenile was charged with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct in Lehigh County Juvenile Court.
The hit caused redness and soreness.
Headlight damaged
in North Whitehall
Christine Elaine Gicking, 4138 Grape St., North Whitehall Township, reported the left front headlight of her vehicle was damaged sometime between 6 p.m. May 3 and 4, State Police Troop M Bethlehem say.

Driver arrested
for DUI
According to a police report received May 8, State Police Troop M Bethlehem say Wilfredo Ayala, 37, of Allentown, was stopped 1:51 a.m. March 27 for an alleged traffic violation on Route 22 West in the area of 15th Street, South Whitehall Township.
Police allege he was incapable of safely driving due to being under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.
Seven juvenile occupants were allegedly in the backseat, which was designed to safely seat three, police say.
Ayala was arrested and transported to the Lehigh County DUI Processing Center.
Charges will be filed with District Judge Jake Hammond, South Whitehall.
