Salisbury Township Police Chief Allen W. Stiles, left, greeted new Salisbury Township Police Officer Brian Zulic, right, as did the Salisbury Township Board of Commissioners at the May 9 meeting. Zulic, 22, of Bath, Northampton County, has been a part-time officer with the Lehighton Police Department and the Lansford Police Department. He received a Criminal Justice Associate Degree from Lackawanna College in 2011, graduated from the Lackawanna College Police Academy in 2009 and graduated from Panther Valley High School in 2008. He entered the Marine Corps in 2008, and serves with the Marine Reserve Artillery Unit, Reading.
