Donald C. Geisler Sr., 76, of New Ringgold, died April 15, 2013, in his home.

He was the husband of the late Janice C. (Loper) Geisler.

Born Jan. 4, 1937, in Trexlertown, he was the son of the late Raymond and Helen M. (Anthony) Geisler.

He faithfully and honorably served his country in the U.S. Air Force during a peacetime era.

A member of Teamsters Union Local 773, he was a truck driver at James D. Morrissey Inc. and MTS Freight for a total of 27 years.

He was of the Lutheran faith.

His survivors include sons Donald C. Jr. of New Tripoli, David R. of Kempton; daughter Stacy L. Michalski of Katy, Texas; siblings Raymond W. of Maxatawny, Dolores M. Miller of Quakertown, Carol Yoder of Lyons, Jean Heck, address unknown; and six grandchildren.

He was predeceased by a son, Michael L.

His memorial service will be 4 p.m. April 19, in Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville, with the Rev. Jerel W. Gade officiating.

Visitation will be from 3-4 p.m. Friday in the funeral home. Interment will be private.
