Margaret Rose Jacobs, 65, of Wescos ville, died March 31, 2013, at Cedar- brook Nursing Home, Allentown. She was the wife of the late Gilbert H. "Jake" Jacobs. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late James and Ethel (Zack) Haklar.

She was employed at Kraft Foods and the former Allentown Record Company.

She is survived by daughters, Jaymi and her husband Dean Beahm, of Allentown, Jody of Allentown; son, Joseph of Wescosville; grandchildren, Ajay Jacobs Slick, Deazel and Jesse Beahm, Alex Kubanick, Joseph C.; sisters, Eleanor and her husband Thomas Andrews, Elizabeth Leidner, Catherine and her husband Domingo Pagan, Helen and her husband Randy Saeger, Mary and her husband Henry Kistler, Barbara Mokris, Rose and her husband John Koenig, all of Allentown and Dolores Fassl of Nazareth; brothers, Stephen, Joseph, and James Haklar, all of Allentown and John Haklar of Catasauqua. She was predeceased by a son, Gilbert Jr.; sisters, Ethel Shiner and Patricia Stine.
