The Lower Macungie Fire Department Women's Association held its annual basket bingo April 7 at the Wescosville station.

It's a win-win event where those attending have a chance to win baskets of goodies while supporting the Lower Macungie Fire Department Women's Association benefiting firefighters and community members. Raffle tickets offered more opportunity to go home with more prizes.

The event has been held annually since 1997 and is one of the fundraisers the women's association organizes to benefit the fire department, families of firefighters and fire police and the community.
