Upper Macungie Township police say Farm Food Transportation, 651 Mill Road, reported a 2003 utility trailer was stolen March 1.

Jewelry stolen

from resident

An 81-year-old resident of Country Meadows retirement community, 420 Krocks Road, reported to police March 13 the theft of $7,000 worth of jewelry from her home.

The theft occurred sometime within the last three months, police say.

Purse, money stolen from vehicle

Police say a resident of the 8000 block of Breinig Run Circle reported a purse, wallet, gift card and $360 were stolen from her unlocked vehicle sometime overnight March 13.

Apple iPhone 4

stolen from worker

Maximo Vasquez reported to police his black Apple iPhone 4 was stolen sometime between 11:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. March 4 while he was at work at 6821 Ruppsville Road, Upper Macungie.

Vehicle collides

on Hamilton Blvd.

Police say Christopher Oakley, 41, of Birdsboro, was driving east on Hamilton Boulevard, at the intersection with Newtown Road 7:10 a.m. on March 11 when he attempted to brake after seeing traffic stopped ahead.

His vehicle struck a vehicle driven by Vasti Deesch, 55, of West Lawn, in the rear bumper.

Oakley's vehicle was removed by Getz Towing.

He was issued a summary charge for driving at an unsafe speed, police say.
