Home burglarized

A residence the 2000 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Hanover Township, Lehigh County, was recently burglarized.

Police said someone gained entry to the residence between Jan. 19 and 20 through the back door and attempted to open the door by breaking a window pane. The suspect subsequently forced the locked rear door open.

Jewelry, a safe and $80 were stolen, police said.

Shot fired

Police were called Feb. 9 to investigate a report of terroristic threats in the 7400 block of Tanglewood Road, East Allen Township.

Police said Michelle Lee Barthol, 44, of Northampton, fired a single round across the roadway in the area of a 55-year-old Northampton resident.

On March 13 charges were filed against Barthol for reckless endangerment, harassment and disorderly conduct, police said.

Garmin stolen

On March 17 police were called to Allendale Apartments, Cedar Hill Drive, Hanover Township, Lehigh County, to investigate the theft of a Garmin GPS device.

Police said an unknown actor entered an unlocked vehicle and removed the device.

Assault reported

A report of domestic violence brought police to the 4900 block of Hillside Road, East Allen Township.

Police said two people were physically assaulted by two other people.
