Coplay Fire Department released its report of calls for the month of March.
March 6
· An EMS assist for a cardiac arrest along the Ironton Rail-Trail in the area of the trestle brought out five personnel, 8:52 a.m.
March 9
· Nine personnel responded to a mutual aid assistance request for Whitehall Fire Department along the Ironton Rail-Trail in the area of the Hokendauqua Legion, 6:02 p.m.
March 16
· An EMS lift assist at 11 N. Front St., Apt. A2, brought out six personnel, 10:08 a.m.
March 19
· Seven personnel responded to a report of an appliance fire at 10 N. Front St., Apt. B10. Fire was out upon arrival, 6:03 p.m.
March 25
· An odor investigation was handled at the fire station building by seven personnel, 12:14 a.m.
March 29
· Five personnel responded to a dwelling fire at 222 S. Front St. Fire started on a porch by an unattended cigarette. Fire was put out by the homeowner before arrival, 11:12 a.m.
March 30
· A report of a motor vehicle accident with injuries brought six personnel to the alley to the rear of 28 N. Eighth St., 4:20 p.m.
· Seven personnel responded to a request to assist the police department in a search of a missing juvenile, who was located by police before our arrival, 8:27 p.m.
· A report of a rubbish fire brought seven personnel to 2 S. Fourth St., 8:33 p.m.
March 31
· An automatic fire alarm brought seven personnel to 11 N. Front St., Apt. A4. The alarm was set off due cooking, 3:39 p.m.
