Betty J. Stibitz, 88, of South Whitehall Township, died March 28, 2013, in the Inpatient Hospice Unit of Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown.

She was the wife of the late Leroy N. Stibitz and the companion of Harold J. Waylen, with whom she resided.

Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Calvin and Carrie Troutman.

A homemaker, she was a member of Jordan Lutheran Church, Orefield.

In addition to her companion, she is survived by a daughter, Karen I. Mace of Allentown; grandsons James, Thomas and Eric; and three great-granddaughters.

She was predeceased by a son, James L.
