Hip hop hooray! On March 30, Heidelberg Union Church is having an Easter egg hunt. This event will be held rain or shine. The public is invited.

Children through sixth grade and the young-at-heart are welcome to come.

Bring your basket and meet in fellowship hall at 10 a.m. Register 9:30 a.m.

Get your photo taken with the Easter bunny for a $5 donation to the Heidelberg Heights Community Playground Fund.

Photos will be available to take home right away.

In addition to a bake sale, there will be lots of prizes and refreshments for all to enjoy.

Homemade favorites! Those of you who ordered Easter potato filling and hot bacon dressing from the Germansville Fire Company are reminded to pick-up your goodies from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on March 30 in the upstairs kitchen of the fire hall.

Unless you want your pockets full of filling, remember to bring along a container for your order.

With the fire company in mind, membership dues are now payable and may be sent to the Goodwill Fire Company, P.O. Box 69, Germansville, PA 18053.

Additional donations to the truck fund are also welcome.

Don't forget the fire company's facilities are available to rent and may be reserved by calling long-time member and volunteer Doris Koenig at 610-767-3778.

Express yourself! Heidelberg Church's contemporary praise and worship service will resume at 7 p.m. April 10 in fellowship hall. All are welcome to attend.

Services are upbeat and the dress code is casual.

Spread the word! At 6:30 a.m. each Wednesday, a friendly group of men meet at the Schnecksville Diner for breakfast and share spiritual fellowship.

Men of all ages are encouraged to come.
