At last week's council meeting, borough Solicitor William McCarthy gave Zarayko the bottle, saying his wife found it at a flea market in the coal region. Zarayko, who has been borough manager for 27 years, said the milk bottle will have a place with other town memorabilia in his office at the municipal building.
