On March 23 at 8:30 p.m., Sands Bethlehem, along with Las Vegas Sands' resorts in Las Vegas, Singapore and Macao, is joining the world by turning off all non-essential exterior lights for one hour - Earth Hour. It's part of the largest public message for environmental change ever.
Earth Hour began in Sydney, Australia in 2007 when more than two million people turned off their lights for one hour to take a stand for environmental protection. It has since become a worldwide phenomenon.
