Frank Hesch III has announced his candidacy for a seat on Northampton County Council. Hesch received close to double the required number of petition signatures needed to obtain a spot on the ballot for one of five at-large council seats.

Hesch is a lifelong resident of Northampton County. He graduated from Northampton Area HS and received a bachelor of arts in management from Moravian College.

Hesch is operations manager for his family's automotive business. Before getting involved with his family's business, Hesch built a client-centered financial planning practice as an accredited wealth management advisor.

For the past two years, Hesch has served as president of the Whitehall Area Chamber of Commerce. He was instrumental in opening the organization's first ever chamber office and visitors center and helped found the Whitehall Area Chamber Foundation.
