The Hellertown /Lower Saucon (H/LS) Chamber of Commerce will honor several locals at the 91st annual awards banquet at 5:30 p.m. May 31 at Silver Creek Country Club. The honorees are Lost River Caverns, business award ; Dr. Sandra Fellin, Saucon Valley School District, Good Samaritan award; and Josh Popichak of Fountain Hill, Community Commitment Award.

The chamber is accepting applications for the annual Phyllis M. Schnaible Merit award until April 1. The $1,000 scholarship will be granted to a Saucon Valley senior who demonstrates leadership and community commitment. Schnaible was a board member of the chamber and actively part of the merit award committee.
