Window smashed
on truck
Upper Macungie Township police say Terence Schimmel reported the rear window on his truck was smashed sometime overnight March 7 while it was parked in his driveway at 264 Yolanda Court, Upper Macungie Township.
GPS units stolen
from 2 vehicles
Upper Macungie Township police say two GPS units were stolen between Feb. 26 and March 4 from two unsecured vehicles at Tri City Marble, 4724 Springside Court, Upper Macungie Township, .
In addition, a small amount of cash and a debit card were taken from a purse left unattended in the building on March 1, police say.

Upper Macungie Township police say Terri Knoedler of New Tripoli was driving a 2011 Ford Fusion northbound in the area of Hassadahl Road where Route 100 becomes one lane of travel approaching Mohr Lane, Upper Macungie, when it was struck by a small pickup truck at 4:40 p.m. Feb. 20.
According to police, the pickup truck fled the scene and was last seen eastbound on Hilltop Road.
The truck is described as an older model, possibly a Toyota, with a black cab and a blue bed.
No injuries were reported.

Man cited for
public intoxication
Upper Macungie Township Police say Robert Evens II, 21, of Allentown, was allegedly stumbling down the center of Schantz Road near Holiday Drive, Upper Macungie Township, at 3:30 a.m. Feb. 22.
Police allege Evens had a strong odor of alcohol on his breath and was highly intoxicated.
Evens was cited for public intoxication and released to his home on Mertz Drive, police say.
Woman arrested
for DUI
Upper Macungie Township police say Adreneane Nicolle Lynn, 29, of Lansford, was arrested 1:49 a.m. Feb. 24 for suspicion of driving under the influence after officers allegedly witnessed a vehicle pulled off the side of the road on Tilghman Street at Mill Road, Upper Macungie Township and a female exit the driver's side and a male exit the passenger side and allegedly engage in an argument.
This incident remains under investigation, say police.
