Stanley Borascius, 49, of Schnecksville, died March 7, 2013, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

Born Sept. 15, 1963, in Coaldale, he was the son of Stanley F. Jr. and Ester J. (Hafer) Borascius.

A member of the IBEW Union Local 375, he worked for Orlando Diefenderfer Electrical, Allentown, for the last 15 years.

He was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church, Orefield.

An avid outdoorsman, he was a life member and board member of the Copeechan Fish and Game Club, Schnecksville, the Lehigh Valley Trap Shooting Association and the North End Rod and Gun Club, New Tripoli.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by companion, Annette E. Kopicz, with whom he resided; daughters Kelly L. Wheeler and her husband, Christopher, of Slatington, Caryn A. Borascius and her fiancé Nicholas D. Held of Allentown; brother Robert M. Borascius and his wife, Anita, of Schnecksville; and granddaughter Gwynn M. Wheeler.

He was predeceased by a brother, Scot P. Borascius.

His service was private.
