Providence College

Sarah Bryant of Bethlehem has been named to Rhode Island 's Providence College dean's list for the fall 2012 semester. To qualify for dean's list, a student must achieve a minimum 3.55 grade point average with a minimum of 12 credits. The liberal arts facility is the only college or university in the United States administered by the Dominican Friars.

Berklee College of Music

Berklee College of Music has named four local residents to the dean's honor list for the fall 2012 semester. The students are John Michael Kawooya, Chelsea Southard, Andrew Kiefer and Michael Hernandez. To be eligible for the list, a full-time student must achieve a grade point average of 3.4 or above; a part-time student must achieve a grade point average of 3.6 or above.

Berry College

Sean Manion of Bethlehem has been named to the Berry College, Rone, Ga. dean's list for the fall of 2012 semester. To be named to the list, a student must have a grade point average of 3.5 or better.

King's College

Several local residents were named to the King's College, Wilkes-Barre, fall 2012 dean's list. The students are Abigail Cooke, Jamie Deleon, Elizabeth Demko, Connor Hughes, Kyle Kepfinger, Sean Krutsick and Seana Serrian, all of Bethlehem.

Florida Institute of Technology

Alexander Martin, a resident of Bethlehem, was named to the Dean's List for the fall 2012 semester at the Florida Institute of Technology. He is an aviation management major.

To be included on the Dean's List, a student must complete 12 or more graded credits in a semester with a semester grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.4.

Franklin and Marshall College

Sarah Rothman of Bethlehem has been named to the honors list for Franklin and Marshall College's fall 2012 semester. Inclusion on the list is in recognition for achieving a 3.7 or better grade point average on a 4.0 scale.

Gettysburg College

Four local students have been named to the dean's honor list at Gettysburg College for the fall 2012 semester. They are Stephen Bilheimer, Christian Conrad, Alessandra DeMArtino and Paul Eppler.

To be named to the honors list, students must have a quality point average of 3.60 or higher (on a 4.0 scale) for a semester's work.

Four additional Bethlehem residents, all of whom had a quality point average in the range of 3.300 to 3.599 for a semester's work, were placed on the fall 2012 deans' commendation list. The students are Kathryn Fodale, Sarah Kaboly, Abigail Lovell and Andrew Obenrader.

Loyola University

Ryan McQuenn, '15, of Bethlehem, has been named to the fall 2012 dean's list at Loyola University, Maryland. In order to qualify, a student must have a GPA of at least 3.5 with a minimum of 15 credits.

Mansfield University

Bethlehem students Mary Capilitan-Pulanco, Jessica Kerwin and Tanicia Rivera have been named to to fall 2012 dean's list at Mansfield University. To be named to the list, a student must a full-time attendee and have a 3.5 GPA for the semester.
