Girl Scout cookie sales, which were to end on March 3, has been extended to run through March 17. In conjunction with the sale, Emeril Lagasse's restaurants (Chop House, Italian Table and Burgers and More) at the Sands Casino Resort are also participating.

The ChopHouse has a shortbread mascarpone bomb with raspberry coulis and a thin mint milkshake caramel delite coconut cream pie with fresh whipped cream; Italian table is lemonades chalet crème with white chocolate gelato and orange blossom curd; and Burgers and more will have peanut butter sandwich cookies with vanilla bean ice cream and caramel drizzle.
