Police arrested a 29-year-old man after allegedly observing a domestic altercation in his vehicle.

According to police, Miguel Cruz, of North Lacrosse Street in Allentown, was seen having an argument of an unspecified nature with his wife while his 7-month-old child was also in the vehicle. When officers attempted to stop the vehicle, he drove off.

When police took Cruz into custody, they discovered he was wanted on open warrants.

Cruz is charged with traffic violations, endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangerment and fleeing police.
