Dirt bikes, heater
stolen from garage
According to a police report received Feb. 11, State Police Troop M Bethlehem say Jonathan Kumernitsky, Colten Mcusky and Dave Gould reported two dirt bikes, a four-wheeler and a kerosene space heater were stolen sometime between midnight Jan. 18 and 2 p.m. the next day from a garage at 4461 Mauch Chunk Road, North Whitehall Township.
Anyone with information about this theft is asked to contact state police at 610-861-2026 and reference incident number M01-1447796.
CB radio, GPS stolen from trucks
Johnathan James Rowe, of Orefield, and East Penn Trucking Company reported to police a Cobra CB radio, Cobra GPS, black Carhartt jacket, black Nike duffle bag and a black DVD binder containing several DVDs were stolen sometime between 7 p.m. Feb. 8 and 8 a.m. Feb. 10 from several trucks in the parking lot at 4822 Kernsville Road, North Whitehall Township, State Police Troop M Bethlehem say.

Locks stolen
in North Whitehall
State Police Troop M Bethlehem say Kevin Nuss reported two carbide master locks valued at $60 were stolen sometime between 4 p.m. on Jan. 27 and 3:18 p.m. on Feb. 6 from two utility trailers at Nuss Trucking, 2626 Old Post Road, North Whitehall Township.
According to police, the utility trailers were entered, but nothing was taken except the two locks.
Pickup overturns
on Levans Road
State Police Troop M Bethlehem say Dale W. Crum, 23, of Whitehall was driving a 2003 Ford F350 pickup southbound on Levans Road, going uphill toward Coffeetown Road at 7:53 a.m. Feb. 11 when the truck overturned.
According to police, Crum apparently lost control of the truck, which left the roadway on the west side and its front passenger tire hit a boulder.
The truck then continued south and struck a second boulder with its front, flipped upside down and rotated 180 degrees, before coming to a final rest on the west side of Levans Road on its roof, facing east.
Crum, who was wearing his seat belt, was uninjured, police say.
Police say he was cited for a traffic violation, in addition to being charged with driving at an unsafe speed.
Two charged with disorderly conduct
State Police Troop M Bethlehem say two girls, ages 16 and 17, are being charged with disorderly conduct after being involved in a fight in class at 4500 Education Park Drive, North Whitehall Township during which a teacher was struck at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 11.
