Betty M. Reinert, 87, of Emmaus, formerly of Macungie, died Feb. 23, 2013, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

She was the wife of the late Raymond P.J. Reinert.

Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Richard W. and Esther M. (Gernerd) Moose.

A 1943 graduate of Allentown High School, she retired from Spirax Sarco, Allentown, after 21 years of dedicated service as an invoice clerk.

Previously, she was a secretary at Breyer's Ice Cream, Company, Allentown.

She was a member of Weisenberg Lutheran Church, New Tripoli and a charter member of the Macungie Women's Club.

Her survivors include son Guy and his wife, Diane, of Downingtown; daughters Nancy and her husband, Kermit Kressley, of New Tripoli; and Laurie and her husband, Michael Stanton, of Macungie; sister Pauline V. and her husband, James Taylor, of Houston, Texas; grandchildren Karla, Jeff, Shelly, Lauren, Matthew, Chelsey, Collin and Erin; great-grandchildren Caden, Cole, Bryson and Hadley.

She was predeceased by a sister, Dorothy E. Roth.
