Bruce A. Philip, 66, of Fogelsville, died Feb. 15, 2013, in the home of his son, Douglas, of Germansville.
He was the husband of the late Marian P. (Howerter) Philip, who died last November.
Born Jan. 16, 1947, in Allentown, he was the son of the late Paul E. and Althea I. (Masenheimer) Philip.
He was an electrical maintenance technician for Coca Cola Fountain USA, Fogelsville, for the last 13 years.
Prior to that, he worked for the former Bethlehem Steel Corp. for 25 years.
He faithfully and honorably served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War era.
He was a member of Jordan United Church of Christ, South Whitehall.
His survivors include children Michelle L. Proffit and her husband, Brian, of Palmerton, Shawn A. and his fiancé, Lori Kressler, of Bethlehem, Douglas P.J. of Germansville; brother Jack J. and his wife, Karen, of Blandon; grandchildren Andrew, Samantha and Joey.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Feb. 21, in Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville with the Rev. Dr. David Charles Smith officiating.
Interment with military honors will follow the service at Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Allentown.
