Louise E. Frank, 84, formerly of Allentown, died February 13, 2013, in Fellowship Manor, Whitehall. She was the wife of the late Richard P. Frank who died May 13, 1999. Born in Emmaus, she was the daughter of the late James E. and Edna B. (Hensel) Knittle.

She was a retired office worker for the Allentown School District and the former Hoch Contracting Co. of Allentown.

She is survived by cousins, David L. Strohecker, Lois Strauss and Grace Mealy.
