The 8-foot-tall snowman isn't talking, and neither are Northampton Fire Department volunteers or the borough's public works employees. No one is saying who built the snowman, which attracted much attention from its location off Lerchenmiller Drive between the fire station and the public works garage. The snowman's facial expression says he knows but is not telling.
