Minivan strikes
signs, pole
Upper Macungie Township police say Jean Alony Dumay of Brooklyn, N.Y. was driving a minivan on Schantz Road at Grim Road at 3:39 p.m. Feb. 3 when the van left the roadway, spun out and struck several signs and a traffic light pole, which is still upright and functional.
No injuries were reported, police say.
Two charged with disorderly conduct
According to Upper Macungie Township police, Ishmail Rios of Allentown and Sara Lathan of Fogelsville were discovered allegedly having relations at 2:14 p.m. on Feb. 1 in Apple Park, 1935 Packhouse Road, Upper Macungie Township.
Charges were filed against the two for disorderly conduct and possession of drug-related paraphernalia, police say.
Man charged
with having drugs
Justin Brobst, 21, of Allentown, was allegedly found with marijuana plants and drug paraphernalia at 6530 West Tilghman St., Upper Macunige Township, 11:45 p.m. on Jan. 17, Upper Macungie Township Police say.
Police allege while serving a warrant at a room at the Iron Run Motel, officers found the plants and paraphernalia.
Charges for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia were filed against Brobst before District Judge Michael Faulk-ner, Upper Macungie Township.
