Northampton AARP Chapter 3915 will meet on Wednesday, Feb. 13, at the Allen Township Fire Company, 3530 Howertown Road. Doors open at noon.

Entertainment will be music by Cracked Nuts.

Those planning to attend are asked to bring a baked good.

Anyone age 50 and over is welcome.

The Allen Township and East Allen Township municipal buildings will be closed Monday, Feb. 18, in observance of Presidents Day.

Sign-ups for spring sports are under way at the East Allen Township Municipal Building, 5344 Nor-Bath Blvd.

Boys and girls ages 5 to 12 (must turn 12 after May 1) are eligible to play T-ball, baseball, softball and soccer.

Registration is being held weekdays 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

The Gov. Wolf Historical Society will hold its fifth annual benefit antique show March 2 and 3 at its campus at 6600 Jacksonville Road.

The show will feature nearly 40 exhibitors in the society's three historic buildings. Hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday.

A presentation on cast iron toys is scheduled for Sunday at 1 and a presentation on purchasing a quilt is set for 2 p.m.

An auction will be held at 3 p.m., featuring an Oriental rug, a crewel chair and original watercolors.

Ongoing demonstrations and tastings of open hearth cooking and food will be provided by The Daily Grind of Bath. Ample parking is available.
