Tree cut down

in North Whitehall

State Police Troop M Bethlehem say a 60-year-old man reported to them around noon Jan. 14 that another 60-year-old man from Orefield cut down and removed a cherry tree from his property in the 5600 block of Kernsville Road, North Whitehall Township.

Man charged

with burglary

Timothy Justin Graves, 33, was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief, theft and receiving stolen property after allegedly forcibly entering a home along Ruppsville Road, Upper Macungie Township, 2 p.m. Jan. 18 and taking jewerly and other items, State Police Troop M Bethlehem say.

Graves was arraigned at Lehigh County Central Booking Center and committed to Lehigh County Prison under $100,000 bail, police say.

Assault reported

at KidsPeace

State Police Troop M Bethlehem say a 12-year-old girl from Millsboro, Del., allegedly struck Stephanie Ann Moeller, 27, of Allentown, in the head at 12:35 p.m. Jan. 13 causing redness and swelling, at 5300 KidsPeace Drive, North Whitehall Township.

The girl also bit Moeller in the forearm causing redness and bruising.

BB gun

found at LCTI

State Police Troop M Bethlehem say a student had a BB gun at 2 p.m. Jan. 2 at Lehigh Career and Technical Institute, 4500 Education Park Drive, North Whitehall Township.

Charges were filed with Lehigh County Juvenile Court, police say.
