John J. Lawlor, 56, of Allentown, died suddenly Jan. 29, 2013.

He was the son of Florence Fermaintt of Whitehall and the late John Lawlor.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a sister Catherine M. Pappalardo; nieces and a nephew.

He was predeceased by brother, Thomas, in 2005.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Fr. Edward J. Essig 10 a.m. Feb. 4, in St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church, 618 Fullerton Ave., Whitehall.

There will be no viewing and interment is private.

Contributions may be made to the church memorial fund.
