Ronald R. Braun, 75, of Macungie, died January 22, 2013, in the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Bernadine (Heil) Braun. They would have been married for 55 years this February. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Roman R. Braun Sr. and Dorothy A. (Coleman) Braun.

He was employed in the Central Tool Department of Bethlehem Steel for 37 years, retiring in 1992. He was also an Erie Insurance agent for many years.

He was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church, Wescosville.

He is survived by his wife; son, Randall S. and his wife Lisa, of Walnutport; daughter, Bette J. and her husband Steven Anderson, of Riverside, Ill.; brothers, Robert A. and his wife Barbara, of Mt. Pleasant, N.C., Richard C. and his wife Christiane, of Woodland Hills, Calif. and Russell K. and his wife April, of Allentown; sister-in-law, Diana, of Allentown; sister, Judith A., of Allentown; grandchildren, Amanda and Adam Frank, Krystle Hodgins, Michael and Stephen Kovach; two great-grandsons; one great-granddaughter. He was predeceased by a brother Roman R. Jr.
