Carol Scott Palmer, 78, of Macungie, died January 26, 2013, in Lehigh Center, Macungie. She was the wife of Harry E. Palmer. They were married for 56 years last June. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late William and Florence Scott.

She was an office manager for Kmart in Mesa, Ariz., for 26 years, retiring in 1997.

She was an active member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Trexlertown.

She was a member of Khi Omega Sorority at Bradley University, Peoria, Ill.

She is survived by her husband; son, David S. and his wife Linda, of Gilbert, Ariz., daughter, Deborah K. and her husband Wade Wolsky of Arlington, Va.; sister, Jacqueline Paul of Holland.

Services will be held 11 a.m Friday in the church. Call 10 to 11 a.m. Friday in the church. Arrangements were made by the Schmoyer Funeral Home, Breinigsville.
