Delbert D. "Chip" Woodward Jr. 54, of Germansville, died Jan. 20, 2013 in his home.
He and his wife Deborah A. Wesoly-Woodward celebrated their 21st wedding anniversary May 24, 2012.
Born Dec. 20, 1958, in Meadville, Crawford County, he was the son of the late Delbert D. Sr. and Zelah (Rasey) Woodward.
He was the billing coordinator at Miller-Keystone Blood Center, Bethlehem, for the past two years.
Prior to that, he was the director of financial aid at American Public University.
A former Cub Scout Leader, he also participated in playing, refereeing and coaching volleyball.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Colin K. at home; siblings Thomas of New Mexico, Karen Taylor of Conneautville, Ruth Brown of Harmonsburg; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Jan. 26, 2013, in Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville with the Rev. Kevin E. Fruchtl officiating.
Family and friends may pay their respects between 8:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home. Interment will be private.
