David F. Cressman, 76, of Allentown, died Jan. 20, 2013, in Good Shepherd Specialty Hospital, Bethlehem.
Born in Breinigsville, he was a son of the late Wilbur and Hilda (Frantz) Cressman.
He and his wife Doris (Reppert) Cressman celebrated their 51st anniversary in July 2012.
For the past 25 years, he operated Ironton Livery and Coach. Prior to that, he was a carpenter.
He was a member of Heritage Baptist Church, Orefield.
He also was a member of Carriage Operators of North America and the American Morgan Horse Association.
He was an Army veteran.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Donna, wife of Phillip Sell, of Hart-wick, N.Y., Dawn Cressman of Trexlertown, Dyanne, wife of Jonathan Geiger, of Wescosville; brother, Marvin and wife, Kathryn, of Round Rock, Texas; and 17 grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a daughter, Debbie; and a sister, Verna Gehman.
A Celebration of Life is scheduled for 4 p.m. on Jan. 26, in Heritage Baptist Church, 3749 Route 309, Orefield.
