Geraldine (Zimmerman) Kranch Moyer Wenner, 82, of Luther Crest died January 10, 2013, in the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. She was the wife of Ezra A. Wenner Jr. They were married in 2004. She was married to Robert H. Moyer from 1993 to 2000 and Arnold P. Kranch 1949 to 1978. Born in Kutztown, she was a daughter of the late Royce G. Zimmerman Sr. and Marion M. (Schrader) Zimmerman.

She graduated with honors from Allentown High School, 1948. She served on the Class of 1948 reunion committee.

She retired in 1992 from the City of Allentown, where she was the executive secretary to Mayor Clifford S. Bartholomew from 1972 to 1974 and was an administrative assistant to City Council from 1974 to 1992. She was employed part time by Cedar Crest College at St. Luke's Hospital School of Nursing 1992 to 1994. She was employed as a full-time secretary by the Allentown School District 1948 to 1950 and part time after her children were grown.

She was a member of Hope United Church of Christ, Allentown, serving as a Sunday volunteer and committee and council member. She was a former member of St. James U.C.C., Allentown, serving as elder, deacon, treasurer and Consistory president.

She volunteered at the Lehigh County Conference of Churches Soup Kitchen, Daybreak and was secretary to the board. She volunteered at Phoebe Home and served as a caregiver to loved ones and friends when they resided at Phoebe. She volunteered at Luther Crest, singing in the chorus and with the Melodiannes and as a gift shop volunteer.

She is survived by her husband; daughters, Harriet Ruth and her husband Reynold Brogan, of Flowery Branch, Ga., Roberta (Bobbi) and her husband Jay Needle, of Allentown, Phyllis K. Roth, of Bethlehem, Christine and her husband Edward Bushner, of Walnutport; stepsons, Bari W. Moyer, of Downingtown, Mark Moyer and his wife Christina, of Whitehall, Kevin R. Moyer, of Allentown; grandchildren, Sarah Langston, Andrew Elosge, Sam Elosge, Max Needle, Joshua Needle, Capri Roth, Jade Roth, Kyle Bushner, Cory Bushner; step-grandchildren, Alyssa and Mitchell Moyer; great-grandchildren, Austin and Tyler Cooper, Ava and Abigail Elosge.
