Thomas P. Ferry Sr., 83, of Alburtis, died December 28, 2012, in Lehigh Center, Macungie. He was the husband of the late Helen C. (Keeney) Ferry, who died Oct. 19, 2011. Born in Alburtis, he was a son of the late Joseph M. and Anne K. (Hallinan) Ferry.

He was a member of Most Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church, Bally.

He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.

He worked as a union supervisor with Local 600 Carpenters Union, Bethlehem, for 40 years.

He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Catholic War Vets, Mertztown Rod & Gun Club and the Knights of Columbus.

He is survived by sons, Thomas P. Jr., Lehigh Valley, John G., Laury's Station, and James P. and his wife Debbie L. (Bertrum), Breinigsville; grandchildren, Hethre A. Faust, John J., Jeffrey W., Tara E., Kaitlin M., Patrick J., Kristie L. Cupples, John A. Cupples, Stacee L. Cupples; great-grandchildren, twins Anthony and Alex, Hailey M. Cupples. He was pre-deceased by siblings Joseph M. Jr., Emma Griffin and Catherine Gehringer.
