The Northampton Quota Club would like to thank all the businesses and individuals who supported Christmas Gifts for Kids. Quota was able to help 35 children in the Northampton area have a wonderful holiday. More than $1,000 in food and gift cards were provided.

The Quota Club also sponsored a second project. A Little Shopper Santa Shop was held for the children who use the Northampton Area Food Bank.

The Simcoe Gallery will host an exhibit of two Northampton folk art carvers from theearly-and mid-1900s. Both carvers had the same type of employment and the same love of "whittlin."

Stop by the gallery, 1925 Main St., on Saturdays from 10 a.m. till 4 p.m. to see this unique display.

The Northampton Memorial Community Center, 16th Street and Laubach Avenue, hosts bingo every Monday night. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and the games begin at 7 p.m.

The kitchen is open.

Proceeds benefit the Northampton Recreation Center.
