Frank Licata of the Montgomery County Beekeepers Association will demonstrate his techniques and use of ingredients for preparing beeswax lip balms, lotions and soaps at 7 p.m. on Jan. 17 at the Lehigh County Agricultural Center, 4184 Dorney Park Road, South Whitehall Township.
