Donald E. Misera, 74, of Emmaus, died December 17, 2012, at St. Luke's Hospital, Allentown. Born in Emmaus, he was the son of the late Paul S. and Margaret H. (Rokosny) Misera.

He was employed by Exide Battery Co., Emmaus, for 30 years, retiring as a supervisor. He then worked at Graham Security Police.

He served in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam War and was also a member of the Macungie VFW and its golf league.

He was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church, Emmaus, and was also a member of the Board of Governors at Unami Gun Club, Emmaus.

He is survived by his brother-in-law, Thomas J. Cougle; nephews, Stephen E. Cougle and his wife, Christine, Jason T. Cougle and his wife, Debra, and Jeffrey P. Cougle; numerous cousins. He was predeceased by a sister, Virginia L. Cougle, who died in 2009.
