Dale F. Bossons Sr., 76, of Allentown, died Dec. 13, 2012, in Cornerstone Living, New Tripoli.

He was the husband of Judith A. (Hilbert) Bossons.

Born Aug. 17, 1936, in Allentown, he was the son of the late Doris Bossons and Dennis McHugh.

He was a vehicle inspector at Mack Trucks Inc., Allentown and Macungie, for 30 years before retiring in 1994.

He faithfully and honorably served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War, achieving the rank of sergeant.

A member of the Lutheran congregation of Cedar Union Church, South Whitehall, he also was a member of the Kutztown Rod and Gun Club.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by children Pamela J. Puskas of Slatington, Dale F. Jr. of Virginia Beach, Va., Wendy J. Bossons of Cambridge, Mass., Michael C. of Allentown; half-brother, Ross Williams of Frewsburg, N.Y., half-sisters, Lettie Hart of Woodbridge, Va., Sharon McGowan of Mt. Pocono; five grandchildren; amd one great-grandson.
