Althea C. Stianche, 76, of Northampton, died Nov. 13, 2012, in L. V. Hospital, Salisbury Township. She was the wife of the late Bernard J. Stianche.

Born in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late William and Anna (Getz) Serfass. She worked at the former Clyde Shirt Factory and at Durkee Foods.

She was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Northampton.

She was a member of the Raccoon Club, Northampton.

She is survived by two daughters, Shelly Nurena of Northampton and Holly Orendach, with whom she resided; three grandchildren, PJ, Crystal and Brandon; two great-grandchildren, Cole and Caden; and two brothers, Dale Serfass and Dallas and his wife Delores Serfass, all of Northampton.
