Agnes Feichtel, 97, of Cedarbrook Nursing Home, Allentown, died Oct. 31, 2012.
Born in Stiles, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Theresia (Samer) Feichtel.
She was a seamstress, sample blouse maker and seller at several sewing factories, including Phoenix Clothing, and made World War II uniforms.
She was a member of St. John the Baptist Church, Stiles. At the church, she was a member of the Blessed Virgin Mary Sodality.
She participated in charity work in Lehigh County for the Red Feather Drive and United Way. She was involved in minstrels as a performer and costume seamstress. She belonged to the Whitehall Senior Citizens.
She is survived by two sisters, Anne Durback of Allentown and Helen Hallacy of Tuckahoe, N.Y.; two brothers, John and his wife Ann Feichtel of Northampton and William Feichtel of Coplay; nieces; and nephews.
She was predeceased by four siblings, Teresa, Frank, Mary and Cecilia.
