Betty H. Schwartz, 85, of Emmaus, died November 19, 2012. She was the wife of the late Arthur P. Schwartz. Born in Emmaus, she was the daughter of the late William W. and Helen M. (Waschek) Brown.

She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Emmaus.

She worked as a sewing machine operator until retiring.

She is survived by a sister, Dolores Carl of Emmaus; nieces; nephews. She was predeceased by her companion, Clifton Kelly; brother, William H. Brown; sister, Marie E. Keller.
