Eddie P. Samolot, 80, of Emmaus, died November 13, 2012, in Pembrooke Health and Rehab, West Chester. He was the husband of Nancy E. (Herbster) Samolot. They celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary in September 2012. Born in Linz, Austria, he was the son of the late Simon and Maria Perez.

He was a tour guide for Normandy Tours. Later he was a bus driver for LANTA and retired in 2004 as a self-employed security officer.

He was a member of St. John's U.C.C, Emmaus and a member of the NRA.

He is survived by his wife; sons, Cedrick of Emmaus and Brando Perez of Ocala, Fla.; daughters, Cyrena Terricone of Whitehouse Station, N.J., Lizette Torres of Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, Edith Perez of Jacksonville, Fla.; nine grandchildren and a great-grandson.

Services are private. Arrangements were made by the Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus.
