Salem United Church of Christ, 615 Third St., Catasauqua, will host a community Thanksgiving service Nov. 19 at 7 p.m.
A fellowship hour will follow the service.

The Catasauqua American Legion, 330 Second St., will hold its seventh annual holiday bazaar Saturday, Nov. 17, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Admission is free. The kitchen will be open.
There will be a bake sale, door prizes and a Chinese auction. All your favorites will be under one roof.
Some of the vendors who will be on hand include Lion's Club cookie cutters, Tastefully Simple, Pampered Chef, Joyce's Popular Touch, Crocheted Gifts, Calico Cat, Willow House, After Nine Designs, Ava Anderson, Charmed by Michele, Handmade Jewelry and Scarves, Magic and Miracles, Scentsy, Ruth Wuchter Photography, Thirty One and Tupperware.
Come on out and start your Christmas shopping early. All proceeds benefit the Catty Food Bank.

The Catasauqua Club, 226 Pine St., will serve brunch Sunday, Nov. 18, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The event is open to the public and is nonsmoking.
It will be an all-you-can-eat buffet with omelets made to order. Buffet food to be served includes scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, toast, home fries, creamed chipped beef (SOS), crepes and various breakfast pastries, along with coffee, tea and orange juice.
Reservations are not necessary but highly recommended.

The Woman's Club of Catasauqua will meet Thursday, Nov. 15, at 7 p.m. at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Pine and Fourth streets.
The program will be "Lenape Women, Then and Now," along with final preparations for the Holly Fair soup and bread sale participation on Nov. 24 at St. Paul's Evangelical Church on Howertown Road, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
