Q: What grade are you in?
A: I am a senior at Emmaus High School.
Q: What is your favorite subject? Why?
A: I do not really have a favorite subject. I enjoy them all, but if I have to choose one it would have to be art. This is because it makes me solve problems and allows me to express myself.
Q: Have you received any special awards or recognition?
A: I have been student of month for the art, physics and health and wellness department. I have also been on the principal's honors list every quarter.
Q: Are you involved in any extracurricular activities?
A: I am the president of EHS's art club and Mountains of Hope and am the photo editor for The Stinger.
Q: What is your next goal after high school?
A: After high school, I plan on going to college and studying to become an engineer.
Q: What would you say your biggest challenge has been so far?
A: I think my biggest challenge so far has been to make sure that I keep school and my extracurricular activities balanced.
Q: What do you want to be remembered for?
A: I would like to be remembered as a caring and hardworking person.
Q: Who is in your family?
A: My parents, Megan and Christopher Basile. I have two older sisters, Amanda and Steph.
Q: Do you have someone you look up to?
A: I look up to my sisters because they have shown me how to persevere through the hard times and how to appreciate the good times.
Q: Do you have any advice for your peers?
A: My advice would be to enjoy life, but always work your hardest.
