Lynell S. Sterner, 63, of Macungie, died Oct. 29, 2012, in Lehigh Valley Hospital. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Geraldine (Conrad) Toman. She was a homemaker.

She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Macungie and a member of the Grace Sisters in Spirit.

She is survived by a daughter, Kim R. and her husband Cary Vaupel of Allentown; son, Leonard P. Jr. and companion Melissa Taylor of Allentown; brothers, Rodney Toman and his wife Janice of Coopersburg and Gery Toman and his wife Barbara of Mertztown; nieces and nephews; former husband, Leonard P. Sterner Sr. of Emmaus. She was predeceased by a brother, Gregory Toman.
