Gina M. Koinski, 50, of Kutztown, died Oct. 28, 2012, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

She was the wife of John L. Koinski Jr.

Born Nov. 26, 1961, in the Bronx, N.Y, she was the daughter of Rosemarie (Vernagallo) Smith of Birdsboro and the late James Smith.

She was a member of St. Anne's Episcopal Church, Trexlertown.

In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by daughters, Kirsten and Sierra Frankhouser, both at home; brothers James "Butch" Smith of Reading, Matthew Smith of Lexington, S.C.; sisters Lisa Chandler of Casper, Wyo. and Eva Vernagallo of Sheridan, Wyo.
